Issue Tracking System for Project Management

Issue list and form

An issue is a matter of concern on a project and the Issue document describes the issue.

The issue list is the log of issues that have occurred during the life of the project and that required recording. The issue log is needed to assess the status of issues.

The examples shown below use files hosted on Microsoft SkyDrive and Google Drive.

The Change log provides information about unforeseen changes on the project. For example, a Change log could be used as an agenda for a sponsor meeting or to provide input for a project status report.

The Change log contains one record for each Change request.

The content of each record depends on the reason for preparing the record. The following information should be regarded as guidance rather than required.
