Our Program Leadership services provide you assurance that your top initiatives deliver business value and results.

To provide a total framework for the management and control of the program, during the planning and delivery of the program mobilization effort, we have grouped the work into three categories.

The work is organized into phases that have endpoints for milestones and management reviews. This makes is easier to formally check progress against plan, and to adjust plans and make corrective actions, as work evolves and is completed.

The three phases are identified as:
  • Development and Organization 
  • Environment Build-out 
  • Planning and Controls Setup 

Development and Organization assesses and verifies the contents of the Program, sees to the creation of a governance architecture, and verifies the work product inputs developed during the strategic business process that decided and authorized a business agreement to the distinct Program work.

Environment Build-out assures that the required facilities and infrastructures are specified, approved, budgeted, and setup. These include the Program Support Office, facilities, the technical environment, and any work setting and essential software tools.

Planning and Controls Setup includes the planning work for projects, and for the overall Program effort. Also, it provides the definition, verification, and deployment of controls and mechanisms for finances, change management, quality, risk, and benefits assessment and management.
